Meet Kat
Kat Hart specializes in helping manufacturing companies scale with confidence by strengthening their operational foundations, strategy, and leadership capacity. As Program Manager at the Warehouse Business Accelerator, she leads industry-specific initiatives designed to support manufacturers through critical growth stages. Her flagship work includes launching and managing the Make It Accelerator, a four-month cohort program built exclusively for makers and product driven companies. Through a blend of structured curriculum, individualized mentoring, problem solving labs, and peer-to-peer learning, Kat equips manufacturers with the tools, systems, and community they need to scale sustainably.
With more than 10 years of experience in economic development and small business support, Kat brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges manufacturers face—from cost control and supply sourcing to workforce scaling and operational efficiency. Her previous leadership of the Loveland Business Development Center further strengthened her ability to guide early-stage businesses through foundational growth hurdles. As both a coach and entrepreneur herself, Kat combines practical business expertise with a relationship driven approach that helps manufacturing founders access mentors, resources, and networks that accelerate second stage growth.
Passionate about building stronger businesses and stronger communities, Kat is committed to supporting the manufacturing ecosystem across Northern Colorado and championing the innovative companies shaping the region’s economic future.
