• Work areas include 10‑foot‑high walls and 6‑foot‑wide double pedestrian doors.

• Many end‑unit spaces have 8‑foot overhead doors, offering convenient access for equipment and material handling.

• The Hub also features private perimeter rooms ranging from 80 to 1,150 sq ft, ideal for offices, labs, or quieter work zones.
