The Innovation Hub includes a variety of workspace options designed to support companies at different stages of scale‑up:

• Four manufacturing pods, each approximately 3,000 square feet.

• Each pod is subdivided with walls to accommodate 4–5 individual companies, giving each business its own defined and secured footprint within the larger pod.

• Individual spaces are roughly the size of one to four bay garages, allowing companies to choose a size that fits their operations.

• Work areas include 10‑foot‑high walls and 6‑foot‑wide double pedestrian doors.

• Many end‑unit spaces have 8‑foot overhead doors, offering convenient access for equipment and material handling.

• The Hub also features private perimeter rooms ranging from 80 to 1,150 sq ft, ideal for offices, labs, or quieter work zones.

This variety allows growing companies to select the right mix of production and office space while maintaining room to expand.
