Meet Harry

Harry Huffaker is the Shop Steward of the Warehouse Business Accelerator. He has worked in the manufacturing industry since the age of 14, growing up and working on his family farm north of Berthoud, Colorado, and also helping at Schaal Brothers Farm and Machine east of Berthoud.

Harry spent most of his career at Woodward, starting in their apprenticeship program and working in most mechanical manufacturing departments as a machinist and supervisor. He continued his education by earning a BS in Business Management. His primary focus has been refining and documenting manufacturing processes to improve employee satisfaction, quality, and profitability.

As a machinist, manufacturing engineer, and supervisor, Harry used his talents in cycle time reduction, data analysis, Six Sigma, and the theory of constraints to meet the ever-changing goals of internal and external customers—saving millions of dollars along the way.

Harry is excited to be part of the Warehouse and to help support, manage, and grow the Warehouse Innovation Hub community, all while making your life easier!
