Mark has been working with clients throughout the region on strategic initiatives and people strategies since 2000. His approach is a unique blend of HR, Operations, and Quality. Mark’s professional DNA came from serving as the HR Manager at Philip Crosby Associates, the most successful consulting company in quality improvement in the world. Working for Quality Guru and Best-Selling Author Philip Crosby, Mark got to see firsthand how employee engagement, culture change, and education improved not only the quality of goods and services of clients all over the world, but also improved their morale and bottom line.
Mark has created solutions that have won state and national awards, been featured in local and national press including, Inc., Entrepreneur, Training, and CBS This Morning. He has spoken at state and national conferences and testified before state and federal Congressional committees. Mark’s work was featured in the November 2012 edition of HR Magazine in their cover article on “Business Transformations.”
Mark has chaired several community boards including the Northern Colorado Legislative Alliance (NCLA), the Loveland Chamber of Commerce, The Colorado Healthcare Association for Human Resources Management, and the Boulder Business Dependent Care Association. He has been recognized in the Northern Colorado Business Report’s Who’s Who in Northern Colorado Business for his role in Boards and Organizations and in Professional Services. His clients have been a mix of businesses and Not-For-Profit organizations ranging in size from startups to Denver Health.
