Jay Dokter

Mr. Jay Dokter has over 25 years executive management experience in business and nonprofit organizations. Areas of focus include executive leadership, sales & marketing, human resource development, mergers and acquisitions, operations, and strategic planning. Mr. Dokter has lead or participated in over a dozen start-ups and high growth businesses; including domain expertise in multimedia online education, advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, electronics, service sector, and retail. Mr. Dokter is currently the CEO at YouSeeU, a leader in higher educational technology, and a board member for various for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including Orphan’s Hope and the Warehouse Business Accelerator. Mr. Dokter’s education includes an AAS Degree from NW Iowa, a BA from Regis University, and a MBA in Marketing and International Business from Regis University.

Dan Kamrath

Mr. Daniel Kamrath is a co-founder of several successful business start-ups, including CADEKA Microcircuits LLC, PortaQuip LLC, Yellowduck Investments LLC, and Financial Director of other various fast-growing companies. Mr. Kamrath has a strong financial, management, and strategic planning background. Prior to Co-founding CADEKA, he was CFO for Emergency World LLC and its affiliated companies. Mr. Kamrath has helped guide many companies through difficult technology startup and negotiation phases. For seven years prior to this, he was the Finance Director and then Director of Finance and Operations: Executive Education for Thunderbird School of Global Management. Thunderbird has one of the top 10 Executive Education programs in the world, and is consistently ranked number 1 in International Business Education. Mr. Kamrath managed operations, including campus expansion into France, Russia, Taiwan, Brazil and China. He continues to serve on the board of the non-profit Hope 4 Kids International and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University and a MBA from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota.

David A. Cunningham

David Cunningham has experience from founding medical device start-ups that were acquired or went public, to peer advisory group facilitation, coaching owners of mid-size companies. David has co-authored business book primers covering business valuation and business exit processes. He currently consults on management and sales efficiency processes through The Damer Group LLC.

Allen Duck

Allen is a hands on executive with a broad based, multi-disciplined background and a results oriented mentality. He has a global outlook, a straightforward style and a proven capacity for managing dynamic teams.

Ben Walker

Dennis Cole

For more than 30 years, Dennis Cole has created and implemented customized change management solutions that support on-going improvement and produce customer oriented results.

He has extensive experience working with government organizations as well as businesses and is especially interested in working with small/mid-size organizations that want to accelerate their growth.

Prior to his work with small businesses, he was employed at Hewlett-Packard Co. and Agilent Technologies for 13 years.  During that time he created training programs, managed production support services, and implemented business process improvement projects for a $250 Million business unit. 

Before joining Hewlett-Packard/Agilent, Dennis was a professional educator.  He conducted research, trained teachers and school administrators, and developed curriculum for school districts and universities throughout Colorado.

He received a B.S. and an M.S. in Biology at Michigan State University; an Ed.D. and an Executive M.B.A. at the University of Colorado.


  • As co-founder of the Northern Colorado Idea Lab (a not for profit), created the Success Roadmap; an assessment and development process for business entrepreneurs.
  • Co-founded and sponsored the Northern Colorado Startup Summit in April of ’04 & ‘05. Over 160 business people from as far south as Colorado Springs attended the event in Fort Collins. 
  • Created the Citizen’s Academy for the Denver metro area Transit Alliance as a cornerstone of the build-out of the FasTracks rapid transit system.
  • Created and implemented a Management Assessment and Development program for Hewlett Packard.
  • Created a template for documentation and training that was used in preventive maintenance, and ongoing operations for the semiconductor industry through Sematech, an industry consortium located in Austin, Texas.
  • As an Adjunct Professor he has taught Organizational Management, Organizational Behavior, Supply Chain Management and Leadership Development for:
    • The College of Business at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado
    • The Business Management Department at Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado
    • The School of Education at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado 


David Lung

President DA2 Consulting

David Lung founded DA2 Consulting in 2004 and currently serves as DA2’s president and principal consultant.  DA2 Consulting, based in Boulder CO, is a management and technology consulting firm specializing in business growth strategies and new business support for aerospace and defense, homeland securing, and clean tech markets. With over 25 years of industry experience in strategic planning, business development, advanced technology development and government programs, his professional experience spans multiple technologies from components to systems for land, sea, air and space applications.  Mr. Lung also serves as lead consultant for DA2’s strategic partnership with NASA for technology transfer and commercialization.  

Mr. Lung previously worked in senior management positions with Lockheed Martin-Coherent Technologies, United Technologies Corp (UTC) Aerospace Systems and Sensor Systems divisions, and served as an officer in the US Air Force.  He earned his B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota.  Mr. Lung has an active security clearance at the TS/SCI level.

Mark Weaver

Mark has been working with clients throughout the region on strategic initiatives and people strategies since 2000.  His approach is a unique blend of HR, Operations, and Quality.  Mark’s professional DNA came from serving as the HR Manager at Philip Crosby Associates, the most successful consulting company in quality improvement in the world.  Working for Quality Guru and Best-Selling Author Philip Crosby, Mark got to see firsthand how employee engagement, culture change, and education improved not only the quality of goods and services of clients all over the world, but also improved their morale and bottom line.

Mark has created solutions that have won state and national awards, been featured in local and national press including, Inc., Entrepreneur, Training, and CBS This Morning.  He has spoken at state and national conferences and testified before state and federal Congressional committees.  Mark’s work was featured in the November 2012 edition of HR Magazine in their cover article on “Business Transformations.”

Mark has chaired several community boards including the Northern Colorado Legislative Alliance (NCLA), the Loveland Chamber of Commerce, The Colorado Healthcare Association for Human Resources Management, and the Boulder Business Dependent Care Association.  He has been recognized in the Northern Colorado Business Report’s Who’s Who in Northern Colorado Business for his role in Boards and Organizations and in Professional Services.  His clients have been a mix of businesses and Not-For-Profit organizations ranging in size from startups to Denver Health.
